As Chief Financial Officer - Symbion, Mark leads the commercial finance team across the Healthcare Australia and New Zealand businesses. Mark also provides key financial support to Corporate Finance Team including managing Healthcare net working capital, along with being responsible for business planning, reporting, M&A and strategic support.

Since 2003 Mark has worked in a variety of finance roles within Symbion and EBOS Group and was appointed Chief Financial Officer - Symbion in 2019.

Mark is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University.
