Georgina Edmunds was appointed to the role of National Customer Service Manager in October 2018.
She is responsible for overseeing and proactively managing the effective day-to-day operation Symbion’s customer service centres across Australia, while also striving for continuous process improvement aligned to industry best-practice. Prior to commencing with Symbion in 2013, Georgina spent 15 years with Boral in a variety of customer service roles.
She holds a Certificate IV in Frontline Management through the Australian School of Commerce and Management.
